This is a delicious bread.  Half can be made into rolls.  It makes good French toast.  I do not like to knead the dough in my stand mixer because I don’t think it kneads it well.  It is better to do this one by hand.  Try adding a little maple extract along with the brown sugar.  Sometimes I add the whole wheat flour in the first step because I read that allowing whole wheat to absorb the liquid first makes better bread.  I really like weighing the ingredients because it is so much easier!
